Hello Bogleheads.
Hope you all are well. I’m aiming for a $400K house in 3 years and seeking to make a 20% down payment. I’m gonna be doing $1000 biweekly(26 checks/yr) puts me at 78K after 3 years not quite 80k but you get the idea.
My question is how would you guys suggest investing these biweekly deposits for a 3 yr turnaround?
I’m considering doing $500 biweekly in ally hysa for the three years and doing $250 in fidelity mma(spaxx) and $250 invested in an averaged fund like FSKAX.
What do you guys think of this approach? I’m also open to the idea of doing CDs, bonds etc.
