Finally bought SCHB at the beginning of 2025 and want to buy more.
Have always invested in real estate and CDs and sold our last rental last year. I know the CDs have always underperformed and for sure the HYSAs but needed cash in hand for houses.
Have approx 1.2 million in HYSA and CDs and want to put around 500k into the market.
Besides SCHB which I believe to be similar to VTI what are some suggestions?
