Summary

Cathie Wood, in her first All-In Summit appearance, argues that five converging innovation platforms (robotics, energy storage, AI, blockchain and multiomic sequencing) plus corporate tax incentives will lift real GDP growth toward 7%+ while inflation surprises to the low side, and that after years of Mag 6 dominance truly disruptive innovation is set to compound roughly 40-45% a year in public markets. She reiterates ARK's $1.5 million bull case for bitcoin (up to $3.8 million at a portfolio-theory optimal weight), a five-year Tesla target of $2,600 driven by robotaxi and humanoid convergence, and calls AI in healthcare and genomics the most inefficiently priced part of the market. The hosts also discuss retail access to private markets, ARK's bull and bear positioning, Elon Musk's trillion-dollar pay package and ARK's move out of Delaware.

  • Five innovation platforms converging; ARK sees real GDP growth accelerating toward 7%+ and inflation near 0% or lower
  • Mag 6 tripled 2019-2024 while disruptive innovation rose about 30%; Wood expects leadership to broaden into disruptive innovation with roughly 40-45% annual returns over five years
  • Corporate tax cuts with full first-year expensing of structures, equipment, R&D and software described as major investment incentives
  • Bitcoin: official ARK bull case $1.5M, $3.8M if held at a Sharpe-optimal ~19% weight; Wood personally holds more and advises averaging in monthly
  • Tesla: five-year ARK target $2,600 vs ~$330; humanoid robots largely not in the model; pay package viewed as milestone-based and motivating
  • AI in healthcare (sequencing, AI, CRISPR) called the sleeper and the most inefficiently priced part of the market
  • Wood favors opening private-market access to retail; hosts float an accreditation test
  • ARK concentrates in bear markets and diversifies in bull markets; ARK is moving out of Delaware over court unpredictability

AI healthcare and genomics most inefficiently priced
While autonomous mobility may be the biggest revenue generator in the short term, Wood believes the most profound application of AI is in healthcare: the convergence of sequencing technologies, artificial intelligence and CRISPR gene editing. She calls this the sleeper and the most inefficiently priced part of the market, one reason ARK organizes its research by technology rather than by sector or industry.

Disruptive innovation to compound 40-45% yearly
Wood argues five converging innovation platforms (robotics, energy storage, AI, blockchain and multiomic sequencing) will drive a productivity boom, and that after 2019-2024, when the Mag 6 tripled in market cap while truly disruptive innovation rose only about 30% because investors hid in the largest cash-rich stocks, the market began broadening out with Trump's election, with risk appetite and time horizons extending. Corporate tax cuts with full first-year expensing of structures, equipment, R&D and software are huge incentives to invest now. ARK's model has truly disruptive innovation in public equities compounding at roughly 40-45% a year over the next five years (down from the 50% projected at end-2024 because part of it has already happened), and Wood presents ARK's funds, which look nothing like a traditional benchmark, as the packaged way to get that exposure.

Bitcoin bull case $1.5M; average in monthly
ARK's official bull case is $1.5 million per bitcoin in five years. The $3.8 million figure the hosts cited comes from modern portfolio theory: adding bitcoin to portfolios at its Sharpe-ratio-maximizing weight, which was about 19% of a diversified portfolio when ARK ran the analysis, provides that increment. Wood says she personally holds more than that and has long told her children simply to average in every month and then size the position to their own comfort level.

Tesla five-year target $2,600 on robotaxis, humanoids
ARK's five-year Tesla price target is $2,600 (roughly $8.5 trillion in market cap) versus about $330 today. Musk is capitalizing on the convergence of robotics, energy storage and AI that ARK sees in robotaxis, now debuting in Austin and San Francisco, and the same convergence applies to humanoid robots; the model includes very little for humanoids, so if Musk delivers on them the target is too low. Wood views the milestone-based trillion-dollar pay package as matching ARK's own model and as highly motivating, and stresses Musk's physics-based, disciplined, milestone-driven execution.
