Zcash becomes second trillion-dollar crypto money.
Zcash is becoming a second crypto money and can reach a trillion-dollar market cap. Money is a social phenomenon/meme, price is the product, and once Zcash broke $1,000 it entered a reflexive loop that can take it to $10,000 and beyond. Bitcoin has structural privacy and quantum weaknesses, while demand for privacy rises exponentially with wealth; as the shielded pool grows, larger players can hide larger portions of net worth. Zcash therefore compounds privacy and is plus-EV to hold, unlike Monero, and misallocated monetary premium from non-money L1s should flow into it.
Undeserved monetary premium leaves Ethereum, Solana, BNB.
Crypto has misallocated hundreds of billions of monetary premium to non-monetary L1 tokens. Ethereum is not money because it is used to trade other monies and its block space/fee capture does not scale with transaction value; Solana and BNB similarly are businesses or commodity block-space, not money. That premium should leave them, with ETH potentially to $600-$1k, SOL to about $25, and BNB to $300-$400, while Zcash/Bitcoin capture the monetary premium.
Avoid mining stocks; commodity economics are poor.
Block space/mining is a commodity business with poor value capture. Mining stocks, including gold and silver miners, are poor investments; you buy them during a mania and sell before the next output wave.
Monero lacks Zcash's compounding privacy advantage.
Monero is negatively differentiated versus Zcash because it does not compound privacy; you cannot safely mix ever-larger amounts as the pool grows. Zcash's shielded pool compounds privacy, making Zcash plus-EV to hold while Monero lacks that property.
Options protocol Derive is underpriced and building.
Crypto options are underpriced after the perp boom. Perps are linear leverage, while options offer convexity, hedging, premium selling, and novel payouts, so perps will not fully eat the options market. Derive is the best options protocol: it survived the bear market, refused a buyout, diluted to keep building, grew open interest/fees, is doing buybacks, and is shipping V3 as a ZK rollup with easier API/cross-margin between perps and options. At a ~$228M market cap, it could be worth $1B+ if it remains the leading options venue.
HYPE remains perp leader, can reach $200.
Hyperliquid is the crypto perp DEX leader and deserves its premium. Its small focused team should stay locked in on perps, where the opportunity is massive, rather than getting distracted by options. That supports HYPE over time toward $100-$200. The speaker owns more HYPE than Derive as a hedge.
Pearl is AI-secured Bitcoin with low-cap upside.
Pearl is AI-secured Bitcoin: it replaces SHA-256 with matrix multiplication and uses ZK proofs to verify AI inference with low overhead. It is conceptually simple and monetizes useful AI compute; if it gets just 1% of AI compute, it would have about 20x Bitcoin's hash power. Together AI already serves subsidized inference using Pearl, miners are switching to AI, and Pearl's ~$170M market cap gives optionality. The speaker has a bag.
Meme launchpads durable as meme coins persist.
Meme coins will keep being created and ultimately go to zero, but the launchpads that facilitate them are a durable business because the memecoin creation cycle never dies.
