BeOne Medicines is pursuing a differentiated oncology strategy: it runs clinical trials in-house instead of outsourcing to CROs, builds a global trial network with community oncologists in countries such as Australia, Korea, Brazil, and South Africa, and uses that infrastructure to cut trial costs and speed development. Management says it remains 90% focused on cancer and is increasing oncology investment even as other large drugmakers pull money out of the field. Brukinsa is already approved in five indications and 60+ countries, has reached over 1.8 million patients, and the company is investing heavily in hematology/CLL and solid tumors including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, and liver cancers.
