Gulf oil exports through the Strait of Hormuz have recovered to about 15-16 million barrels per day, up from 4-5 million barrels in March/April and approaching two-thirds of pre-war levels. That rising flow path is easing the supply-disruption premium in crude, even though risks from attacks, crews, and insurance remain.
