[+9] u/jrex035: Last week oil tanked and markets soared on yet more "a deal is close" fake headlines for algos that triggered huge "well-timed" shorts. This weekend it was made clear that an end to the conflict isn't remotely close and that both sides refuse to budge on their demands, all while India is begging its citizens to prepare for the effects of the blockade. 

So of course WTI remains firmly below $100 and last week's highs. 

It's genuinely amazing, the world is going to ignore the crisis right up until we run head first into tank bottoms
