You are just chucking out more buzzwords like dose response, because you think it means something, and it probably sounds fancy when you speak to people who don't work in the area. Of course you need dose response, or the FDA won't license your drug. I have literally never heard anyone who is a physician use the word durability to describe a drug profile, it's more linkedin buzzwords. There are a large number of me-too incretin mimetics in trials right now. What is different about vikings product? Being probably just as good as semaglutide or tirzepatide isn't enough, because they already exist - are coming off patent in the next few years and have proven efficacy in clinically meaningful outcomes like renal events, MASH, MACE - which means a prescribed is definitely going to pick them over vikings product if there is nothing else special about vikings. It would be surprising if it was best in class for efficacy. Is there any evidence of improvements in tolerability this far? Please describe them if so. there are other companies who are exploiting biased agonism at glp1 receptors to improve tolerability but maintain weight loss, is vikings molecule using this approach? I genuinely can't see a single scientific reason either from design of the molecule/pharmacology, or from existing clinical trial data, to suggest that vikings product is going to be able to wrestle any market share off of its competitors.
