Anyway from timelines, 25% insider float can get locked up anytime since shares traded above $12.
Any warrants, like BULLZ/BULLW get unlocked in 3 days, which is all dilution (net negative for common stock).
Stock needs to trade $18+ for the founder dilution to happen, which it hasn't yet. Dilution can happen anytime between tomorrow and 2 days from now which I was saying you should either get derivatives or hedge more.
