Kind of but not worth it anymore? I posted the arbitrage day 1 when hedging became available. The spread between common stock and warrants closed down to $1.00, so while there is a tiny bit of space, it's not really worth the effort.
BULLZ is $4.49 ($14.49 $10 strike + $4.49) and the common stock is $15.41, that's roughly $1.00/share arbitrage - any borrow costs or theta + IV decreasing if you're hedging via options.
