Intel Moved 20%—But What Actually Changed?
I’ve been looking at Intel through a slightly different lens: separating the stock move and surrounding narrative from changes in the underlying evidence.
That raises a broader investing question I think is useful beyond INTC:
**When a stock makes a major move, what evidence do you require before deciding the underlying thesis actually changed?**
Filings? Guidance? Margins? Capital allocation? Management language? Something else?
I put together a short visual showing how I’m thinking about it. Curious how others here separate a genuine fundamental change from a change in expectations/narrative.
