Shoonya has literally lost their mind !!
Today I received a call from Shoonya IVR. Someone from their customer service department told me that my account might get deactivated due to inactivity.
The weird thing is, I have already have HDFC holdings in my account. And since I'm seeing huge losses, I'm still holding that position.
They told me in the future if your account gets inactive, you no longer will be able to sell your positions and will have to do KYC again to reactivate and sell.
How is it my mistake if the market is overall down? Even holding positions means account getting deactivated now? What is this crap??
