**Q: What happened?**
A: CytoDyn was accused of misleading investors about leronlimab, its HIV and COVID-19 drug candidate, including its clinical results, FDA interactions, safety, and chances of approval. After an FDA statement criticizing the company’s claims on March 30, 2021, $CYDY dropped more than 25%.
**Q: Am I actually eligible?**
A: If you bought $CYDY shares between 2020 and 2022, you’re likely eligible. You don’t need to hold the stock still to claim; past losses count
**Q: Do I need to sell/lose my shares to get this settlement?**
A: No. You don’t need to still own your $CYDY shares. If your transactions meet the settlement requirements, you may be eligible even if you already sold them.
**Q: When is the claim deadline?**
