How dangerous is it to rely on P/E ratio?
It all start with "oh low P/E, it is value"
However, the more I learn, the deeper the rabbit hole go. I could spend day crunching number, reading all the thing about the company.
To a point that, I question myself, why make it so complicated.
Just looking at number like P/E, EV/EBITDA,FCF is quite enough to make a decision
Do you feel the same? Or just looking at numbers without understanding the reason behind why the company is having such number is dangerous?
