RETO went from cents to dollars. What did I miss?

Genuine question: did anyone find company news behind RETO today? I checked the announcements and couldn't find a fresh catalyst explaining this.
Stock Pulse mobile app flagged $0.7435 at 11:09 AM ET. It hit $4.46 at 1:46 PM, roughly +500% from the alert, then closed the regular session at $3.41.
Then came the stranger part: an $8 high at 4:05 PM after hours. That's about +976% from the alert. Massive shows roughly 2.19m shares traded during that minute, but that's volume across the whole candle, not 2.19m shares at $8. The same minute closed at $6.15.
Huge move, very different prices depending on when you looked. If you followed it live, what explained the buying? I'm not comfortable calling it a short squeeze without evidence.
