RCKT – Danon program continues to improve after the latest update

The latest update from Rocket Pharmaceuticals makes the Danon program look increasingly encouraging compared with where things stood after the 2025 clinical hold.

The most important point is that the first three patients treated under the revised Phase 2 protocol have completed the safety observation period without TMA, capillary leak syndrome or other major safety concerns.
