Please judge my retirement plan

Please judge my retirement plan If I retire in 2027, considering current favorable interest rate, I would like to do the following: \* buy JAAA (1 year), VBIL (1 year) as emergency fund (total 2 years expenses) \* buy VBCA to VBCF (6 years total) as bond ladder Assuming 4% burn rate, bond total: 32%, all rest in VT 68% When I retire next year, I will eat dividend, plus: \* if stock goes up, sell VT to fund monthly expenses. if interest goes up, roll VBCA to VBCG when mature; if interest goes way down, roll VBCA to JAAA or VBIL when mature. \* if stock goes down, eat VBCA when mature. \* if stock crashes, eat VBCA when mature, and sell some JAAA/VBIL and buy more VT. What do you think about my plan? I highly appreciate your insight.
