Any book recommendations for researching the real estate development industry?
I’m interested in LEN and DHI and would like to learn more about the developer industry. Learning from Munger, I’m trying to expand my lattice of mental models.
I read *The Prize* when I was thinking about investing in oil companies like OXY, and found the historical background quite useful. History tends to rhyme.
The book I’m currently planning to get is *How Real Estate Developers Think* by Peter Hendee Brown.
Has anyone read this book? Or are there any other books you would recommend on real estate development or the homebuilding industry?
