Sell ITYAX for VOO?

Sell ITYAX for VOO? I've held ITYAX mutual fund in an Invesco account since 2006. 410 shares with an average cost basis of $48.84, now trading at $72.56. My father opened the account and made the original investment on my behalf. I've since transferred the shares to my Fidelity brokerage account, and I'm weighing whether it makes sense to sell ITYAX, take the capital gains hit, and move the proceeds into VOO.
