Is this a good idea??

Is this a good idea?? So I have some money, and I was thinking because I currently can analysis everyday because I am a student and I have my exams soon. So I was thinking of buying stocks at their low or near to their all time low and let it go up... Because I have time on my side, not years but few months easily. Like Colpal is at its low in recent past... I was expecting here I can get some answers... Thanks for any suggestion in advance!!
