Gold at $4410, oil at $91, 30yr yield over 5%... anyone else think this is more noise than a real regime shift?

Weird setup right now. Gold's at $4410, oil's pushing $91, and the 30yr yield is over 5%. Normally when all three move like this together it's supposed to mean everyone's running for safety.
But looking at how these "safe haven" assets have actually performed the past 3 months, it's not that clean. Some are up double digits, others are basically flat. If this was really one big fear trade you'd expect them to move together way more than this.
There was a poll going around asking if markets are losing it, 35 votes, 80% said just volatility, only 8% said crash incoming. So most people aren't panicking.
With NFP and CPI coming up this could get choppy without much of a clean direction. Might be worth having some downside protection instead of trying to guess the macro move.
Also pulled up the technical levels, TLT's sitting right under its 20-day MA around $81.87, with next support near $81.55. USO's actually above its upper Bollinger Band at $141, which is a bit stretched short-term.
Anyone positioning around one of these specifically (gold, oil, or yields) instead of treating it as one big risk-off thing?
