If you planned to stay with Fidelity, what is wrong with investing in FZROX over VTI? And FZILX over VXUS?
Title, it’s just that it has no fees, and is investing in the same base idea. Total America, and the rest of the world. I get that leaving Fidelity would cause you to need to sell your shares, but if you kept it in a Roth IRA or simply never left Fidelity, it wouldn’t be an issue. And having no fees seems like a blessing. Is there anything else?
If you used fidelity, wouldn’t you turn VTI + VXUS into to FZROX & FZILX?
