On August 13, Cellebrite (CLBT) had a really bad earnings report and the stock fell 30%. The stock fell to the 10-11 range from the 15-16 range. It was also announced that the CEO was replaced. The DAY BEFORE the earnings report, several insiders sold, right before the drop. The CEO sold millions of dollars of stock. HOW IS THIS LEGAL??? Is there an SEC that can investigate?
