Meta stock discussion

With the stock crashing, is it good to buy? From my research the EPS miss is due to legal fees / settlement and severance packages / reorganization. Its 30% yoy revenue growth is insane for a mature giant Back in 2021/2022: it crashed to $100 because of metaverse spending, apple changing the privacy rules on iphone, tiktok competition etc. Now: The main risk would be regulation/ privacy laws and AI capex and maybe some other foolish money sucking zuck pet project ? The returns from increasing AI capex is questionable since hyperscalers benefit from cloud growth but meta is not a hyperscaler so how can meta benefit from the capex other than to optimize ads offering which I doubt need so much capex. Social media wise It has a very strong and unbreakable moat.. Other tech giants compete with each other in cloud, software etc but meta has no viable competitors except for tiktok/youtube. Meta is battle tested and has weathered a big crash and rebounded strongly, it has seen so many competitors like telegram, reddit, youtube, TikTok etc. and not only survived but still growing so strongly. Countries like korea have their own social media and chat apps , China have Wechat , all of which are open for international users to sign up , but none posed a threat to meta family of apps. What other risks do you see?
