AI bubble cracking as big tech renting out AI infrastructure proves they overspent

With not just SpaceX but now also Meta and others renting out their AI data center capacity, it is becoming pretty obvious those companies have all massively overspent on AI capex. I wish those tech companies would go back to innovating again instead of all jumping on the same AI train. Them renting out their AI infrastructure is not some kinda smart business move but an act of desperation to pump their balance sheets. None of this creates real profits from AI. These are all circular deals leading nowhere. It will be interesting to see what kinda excuses those companies will use on their next earnings call trying to justify their massive AI capex.
