The way Buffett described doing it with the Moody's manuals. The data piled up. Notes everywhere, research I'd redo because I forgot I'd already looked at a company. What actually helped me was building checklists — a kill checklist to discard a company fast, and a deeper one for the names that survived. That structure changed everything. So I built a research platform around that idea.
