I've been looking into GDC and think it's an interesting small-cap company with high risk/reward. It was trading at $4 a share back in May when the company announced a proposal to go private with a $10.75 per share buyout. After that announcement it took an expected nosedive down to $0.02.
The stock trades with relatively low volume, and if the transaction doesn't proceed as expected there could be significant upside if the Reddit apes give it momentum. I'm still doing my homework, and I'm not suggesting anyone buy. I'm mainly interested in hearing from people who have looked into GDC. If you've done research, I'd love to hear your bull and bear cases.
