AI Summary
Summary
The author argues that current free AI usage is subsidized by investments, and once subsidies end, AI will become expensive, benefiting SaaS companies that are integrating AI (AIaaS).
Thesis: SaaS sector will survive and thrive because it is transforming into AI-enabled services, and the eventual need for real AI pricing will drive demand for established SaaS platforms.
Quality assessment: Speculative opinion with limited data; not well-researched DD, but presents a coherent contrarian view against the “AI replaces everything” narrative.

I think a lot of people don’t understand the most important thing. AI is being used for free because it’s being subsidised by large investments and future payments. As a result, you can use Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT for free. Soon they would not be able to do it because Microsoft and other companies can’t just give investments forever so that ChatGPT can be used by everyone for free or even by paid users without any restrictions. There will be time when AI companies would start charging real price for using AI. We already see something like this with Claude. Soon it will be even stricter. That’s why SAAS sector will survive + they also started transforming into AIAAS and Agentic AI companies. It’s not like they are doing nothing. I would love to read your opinion , but please be respectful. I’m just curious what you think
