Is Cloudflare (NET) splitting it's stock? Confused about this proxy vote item

Received the usual request to vote your shares for the upcoming meeting and saw this as one of the items: 4D. Approval and adoption of amendments to implement a stock split in which (i) each share of Class A common stock would become one share of Class A common stock and one share of Class C common stock; and (ii) each share of Class B common stock would become one share of Class B common stock and one share of Class C common stock As a retail investor in NET, how would this affect me? If I have 100 shares of NET, would I receive another 100 shares of NET(C), something like how GOOG and GOOGL are set up? Thanks!
