Is it just me or is the market officially a casino? (Musk pay package edition)

I’m sitting here looking at these massive CEO pay packages and realize my account is currently down 40% because I listened to a random guy on Discord about some "guaranteed" breakout. Meanwhile, these guys are getting billions in stock grants while I’m out here debating if I can afford a burrito or if I should dump that $12 into a weekly 0DTE call that’s probably going to expire worthless by 10 AM. Does anyone else feel like the game is just rigged for the people at the top, while us "small-street" gamblers are just providing the liquidity for their golden parachutes?
