How much more stretched can the valuations get in this sector? Since the April lows, they have been non-stop pumping. On April 1st, the price of AMD was about $206, and as of today's most recent session, it's closed at a price of $542, and is nearing $1T in market cap. Even AI models are still bullish on AMD. Who is still holding, and what is your PT, if the current price still doesn't entice you to sell, considering this recent rally?
[AI signal calling AMD bullish, as per news, congressional buys, and momentum, despite recent insider sells totaling nearly $83M](https://preview.redd.it/th6jrh4qd75h1.png?width=1917&format=png&auto=webp&s=dcf1bf7a874bf178547a21a34cd874a8624822ec)
I feel like the whole semis sector is trading on a game of financial musical chairs, and the people too comfortable holding will be hit with a correction that will take multiple months or years to exceed, if ever. Curious to hear your positions on AMD and this space, and if people still have an appetite for call options despite the super jacked premiums.
[Current headlines are still reading optimistic. Cathie Wood buying more $AMD.](https://preview.redd.it/nw2w5olyj75h1.png?width=1918&format=png&auto=webp&s=04d92394b60cecea64ab535a81310faa100dac1c)
