I keep seeing Ford Motor (F) in the top 5-10 most active stocks by volume literally every single day on Yahoo Finance, Fidelity, Webull, etc. It’s consistently there with massive daily volume (often 50M+ shares).
Is it because of high retail trader interest? Options activity? Institutional rebalancing? Dividend chasers? Or is there something structural about Ford’s float/share structure that keeps it trading so much volume?
Not complaining, just genuinely curious why an old-school automaker stays this hyped in daily volume rankings compared to other big names.
