What do you think about investing in Malaysia?

I am from Malaysia. Recently, i noticed alot of developers asking to focus on foreigners. Do you think Malaysia is good place to invest? Why Malaysia is better or worser than neighboring country? As a Malaysian, in my point of view, i more prefer to invest in more developed foreign country. Even in Penang, government introducing new Andaman Island, with alot of new projects and just two roads to access it. It just gonna create more traffic jam and people don't wanna go there because of jam right.
