Is there a strategy for buying during a market correction or crash?
For context, I had a bunch of cash during the Iran war correction. I just bought more of some of my existing positions (GOOG, AMZN, etc.) during that time. I allocated more based on what dropped a lot. My BN dropped like 15% so I added a lot to that one.
Just curious, if we had a -30% crash on the index, would you use the opportunity to get dividend stocks on the cheap, just dump it into SPY because you don't know how individual companies would recover, load up on dirt cheap speculative stocks, etc.?
