Everybody keeps talking about SoFi like it’s just another hype fintech stock, but I genuinely think people are massively underestimating what this company could become over the next 5–10 years.
I’ve been in SoFi since around $12, sold a big chunk in the $20s, and now I’m loading again around $15 because the setup honestly looks insane long term.
Most people still look at SoFi like it’s some SPAC-era fintech app. I don’t see it that way anymore. This company is quietly building what could become one of the biggest digital banking ecosystems in America. Banking, investing, loans, credit cards, payments, AI tools all inside one platform. That’s the part I think the market still doesn’t fully understand.
Traditional banks honestly struggle with younger generations tbh they are fucking horrible not sure if any of you ever used the wells fargo interface. The apps feel outdated, innovation is slow, and people are tired of needing 5 different apps just to manage money. SoFi is positioning itself directly in front of one of the largest generational wealth shifts we’ll see over the next couple decades. And unlike the old banks, SoFi was built mobile-first from day one.
The craziest part is the valuation. JPMorgan, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, these companies are worth hundreds of billions. Obviously SoFi is nowhere near that TODAY, but that’s literally the opportunity. The market still values SoFi like it’s a small speculative fintech when the company is rapidly turning into a real scalable financial platform with actual profitability, growing deposits, member growth, and operating leverage starting to kick in.
And once financial platforms hit scale, earnings can accelerate FAST and thats what i am seeing in 2027 and 2028.
That’s what gets me so bullish here. Revenue growth is still strong, EPS is finally inflecting hard, and the ecosystem gets stronger every single quarter. The more products people use inside SoFi, the harder it becomes to leave. That’s exactly how the biggest modern platforms dominate
I AM saying the market feels extremely early to understanding what this business could look like years from now if management keeps executing. and honestly, if this company keeps scaling the way I think it can, today’s valuation could eventually look ridiculously cheap in hindsight. I’ve been building full projections on this using Bloomberg, Seeking Alpha, earnings reports, and consensus estimates. I go super deep into valuation models, EPS projections, long-term market share potential, and what this could realistically look like over the next decade.
If anyone wants to talk SoFi or see some of the research I’ve been working on, let me know im so hyped to own this company.
