I’m pretty new to options and mostly come from trading stocks, but recently I’ve been paying more attention to SPY because the intraday moves have been getting bigger. It feels like there’s a lot more opportunity for short-term trades, so I’ve been thinking about trying some 0DTE setups.
Still learning though. I was looking at the options chain today and noticed the call vs put volume is pretty different. Not sure how to read that yet. Does that actually signal short-term bias, or is it just normal hedging activity?
