From Fabless Hype to DARPA's Supply Chain Lock Why I'm Letting This 15-Bagger Ride Through Expiry

IONQ $0.16 cost basis, now at $2.60, **+1,525%**. Not here to flex genuinely want to talk about why I'm still holding instead of smashing that green "Sell to Close" button.
A lot of folks think IONQ's run is pure quantum hype or IV madness driving options degenerate gambling. But here's the thing: **IONQ's narrative has shifted from "Schrödinger's lab cat" to "shovels for the Pentagon's IDM."**
**1. The Supply Chain Thesis: SkyWater Is the Real Nuke**
On the biggest green day last week, I wasn't staring at candlesticks I was digging through SkyWater's supply chain filings.
IONQ used to be a fabless play. Design the chip, pray someone else's foundry doesn't fuck up the yield. Now they're swallowing SkyWater's manufacturing arm. That's like owning **the TSMC of trapped-ion quantum** before anyone knows they need it. In this sector, if you can fab domestically and clear DoD security audits, *you set the price*. You see that DARPA HARQ contract drop? That's not paying for compute cycles. That's paying for **the only verifiably domestic, controlled fab chain.**
**2. Why I'm Not Dumping These $40C Today**
You can see the screenshot two days to expiry, theta burning a hole in my pocket. But I'm not betting on IV here. I'm betting on **the $40 magnet effect.** With the underlying chilling at $41.19, market makers have to delta-hedge these deep ITM calls by scooping up the float. IONQ's float is a goddamn puddle. Short covering **plus** MM gamma hedging? That's a supply chain squeeze meeting a technical short squeeze. Double whammy.
**3. For the Boys Who Sold at $30**
I know a lot of you share-holders bailed at $30, or got your covered calls blown out. Trust me, staring at **+1,525%** makes my hands shake too. But I keep telling myself: **As long as IONQ is selling "wires and wafers" to DARPA, they're not dreaming. They're building infrastructure.**
The logic isn't *"Look, we can calculate faster than a supercomputer."*
The logic is: **"Without our supply chain, your quantum network is just expensive scrap metal."**
As long as that holds, my $40C rides until Friday afternoon.
**What do you think, degenerates? Is this vertical integration premium enough to justify a $4B+ market cap? Drop your exit targets in the comments**
