But for reasons that remain unclear, that phrase was missing in English versions shared by Iranian diplomats to journalists." This would be complete capitulation from the US, Iran retains its nuclear program, tolls the straight, the US withdraws from the Middle East. If this is the case than it's just Trump manipulating the market but there is no real deal.
