CEO said the company is benefiting from a “strong demand environment” and “tight industry supply,” adding that Micron expects more record results in fiscal Q3.
Micron’s guidance calls for revenue of $33.5 billion, gross margins of 81% and adjusted earnings of $19.15.
Wall Street expected $10.77 in adjusted EPS.
Micron (MU) guided Q2 FY26 revenue to $18.70B (+132% YoY), having locked in its entire calendar 2026 HBM supply through pre-negotiated customer agreements.
Reflecting confidence in its performance, Micron said that its board approved a 30% increase to the quarterly dividend. The will be paid on April 15, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 30, 2026.
