Summary
The author, u/PromiseMePls, outlines a personal day-trading strategy for options based on technical analysis concepts like Fair Value Gaps (FVG) and Break of Structure (BOS).
The strategy involves identifying the high/low of the first 10 minutes of trading, waiting for a breakout, and entering on a pullback to a newly formed FVG, targeting a 1.5-2R profit or the next hourly high/low.
Quality assessment: This is a description of a personal trading strategy, not fundamental research or due diligence (DD). It is speculative and relies entirely on short-term technical patterns, which may not be consistently profitable.

I only do options and in theory, my trades would be fairly easy to copy. I only trade in the morning and my strat is simple and consistent.
Every day, I mark HOD/LOD from 9:30-9:40 AM open. Wait for price to break one. After break, watch for FVG to form. Enter on pullback to the FVG (1-5 min chart).
FVG is Fair Value Gap, an imbalance in price delivery. It happens when price moves so aggressively that it leaves a “gap” between candles; meaning price didn’t trade efficiently through a level.
On a 3-candle sequence: Candle 1, Candle 2 (big impulse candle), Candle 3
If the high of candle 1 and the low of candle 3 do not overlap, the space between them is the FVG. It’s basically a price vacuum.
I target next 1H high/low or 1.5-2R. It's the same BOS (Break of Structure) + FVG setup on options I repeat daily. I"m considering posting my trades here on reddit, upvote and follow me if you'd be interested.
