Summary
The post argues that SK Telecom ($SKM), a Korean company, is overvalued due to its large stake in the AI firm Anthropic.
The author's thesis is that Anthropic is about to lose significant value due to a conflict with the Pentagon over data access, which will cause SKM's stock to crash. The author is shorting SKM as a proxy for Anthropic.
Quality assessment: This is highly speculative. It's based on a single, unverified catalyst (the "Pentagon deadline") and makes several large assumptions about the consequences.

**$SKM** is a Korean Telecom that got lucky by investing $100M into Anthropic, that's now worth $8b.
Most of the company's valuation is in that investment. They're trading at 46 P/E - unheard of for a telecom.
Today at 5pm is the deadline for Anthropic to give the Pentagon unrestricted access to it's AI. They won't do it and so will l loose all US gov contract and if they're labelled a "supply risk", then Amazon, Palantir, and every other company that works with the US gov will have to remove the AI models from their systems.
Anthropic's value will crash, and so will $SKM, which is the purest way to trade Anthropic on the market right now.
Options are illiquid so I'm shorting shares direct.
