RIME math check: 12M cash vs 8M to 14M burn

Take the emotion out of it and just look at the numbers. RIME has about 12.5M in cash after drawing roughly 19.5M from a 20M financing facility, per recent filings and company updates. That facility is basically tapped. Operating cash flow last year was around negative 8.6M. On a trailing basis it has been reported closer to negative 14M. That is a wide range, but either way it is significant burn relative to cash on hand. If burn runs near 8M to 9M annually, runway is maybe 16 to 18 months. If burn is closer to 12M to 14M, runway compresses to roughly 10 to 12 months. Runway means how long before the company likely needs more capital. Now consider what changed fundamentally with the Coca-Cola India news. It is a pilot. A pilot is an evaluation phase. No disclosed contract value. No confirmed rollout. No revenue guidance attached. For this to materially improve the financial trajectory, the pilot must convert into a meaningful paid deployment. That requires internal approvals, budget allocation, and successful scaling. Large enterprises frequently test vendors without committing long term. Meanwhile, the cash burn continues. If this remains just a pilot and does not convert in a timely way, the balance sheet pressure does not go away. Companies in that situation often raise capital when the stock has momentum. That typically means issuing more shares. The stock can move on headlines. The runway moves on cash flow.
