**AppFolio (NASDAQ: APPF)** has evolved from a standard property management database (System of Record) into a System of Intelligence with Agentic AI features. Despite the recent SaaS sell-off, the company is posting elite financial metrics: 20% revenue growth, \~25% FCF margins, and high ROIIC.
