I’m bored at work and need something to read. Give me your best SMALL CAP value stock and the thesis on why it’s great

My personal favorite is irmd though I think it might be overbought now… was <25 pe earlier this year. Had a moat, makes mri safe pumps and accessory equipment. Only company tha makes those specific products in the us. Increasing roic, steady compounding growth, low debt, good institutional ownership, and jsut got new fda approval for a new pump system. It was value earlier this year, now it’s still a very quality company to hold for 10+ years but I don’t think it’s cheap. What’s your favorite small cap and why is it value?
