Hi everyone! I have a couple questions around some ISOs that I have exercised for a very low price after leaving the company and what their potential could be when the company IPOs. Please excuse any ignorance with my questions here, I am not expertly knowledgeable in the space and don't have any other investments.
1 - Could the current private market price inform the IPO price? It is currently priced at a little over $5 and I just got solicited to sell my options because there is a buyer wanting $2.5M worth of shares so I am assuming the market is expecting it to rise substantially in the future. The company is on Series F-II funding round and likely $2B+ valuation. Company is in the entertainment/event/ticketing/marketing space. Any ideas on what the future IPO price could be?
2- If I have a couple thousand ISOs, what is a good management strategy? Sell half after lockup and hold the rest (assuming 6-month lockup period), etc.
3 - How do I even go about selling these shares? Do I need to connect with a marketplace like FIdelity, Robinhood, etc. and send them my award documents?
