What do you consider when analysing stocks and where do you get this data?

what's the most important factor you look at when considering a company for investment? And what do you use as data source. for eg, if you see a company that has high ROA, ROE, low debt, high cash, high revenue growth, and low PE. It will likely outperform a company with a high PE with everything else equal.
