Allstate had a good quarter, price targets all raised. Stock pumps briefly then sharply sells off, again. It now has a p.e. of 5. So is this just destined to go down until they finally have a bad quarter, then it goes up? Like how do you rationally approach the market when a company with an income of 16b a year has a 50b market cap?
