Is it insider trading if you anticipate negative price movement on your own company stock, say if you think it's overvalued and you think that a bunch of your coworkers agree?
So for example, if I know that last year myself and a bunch of coworkers RSUs would vest in a few weeks and then be sellable, and that we all think the company's PE ratio is too high or some other reason/ATHs, if I buy puts/short my own company stock leading to that sell date is that considered insider trading?
