Just be honest. No one really KNOWS if “XYV” stock is a good “value” or not

We use measurements within a system that we don’t fully understand to try determine what is a “value” stock. Yet if you don’t fully understand the financial system, and really nobody does, then this means all of the measurements and calculations used to find value is FLAWED. I think maybe the best we can does is find probabilities and manage risk. That’s it. There are too many variables and many of them totally unknown. A lot of things can’t even be measured. For example, I’ve been buying a lot of tech stocks, the ones fundamentally sound, that have sold off a lot this year as money has moved into stocks like HSY, PEP, VZ, PM. Why? INTUITION. Intuition can’t be measured but I’ve followed the stock market to feel it’s very likely that most of these fundamentally sound tech stocks will bounce, and let’s be honest, that’s where the massive growth is. Pepsi, Hersheys, Verizon are not growing that much. So for me I combine LOGIC with my INTUITION and make a decision. I think far too many underestimate the value of intuition especially in the stock market. Not everything can be measured and this is where intuition plays a role. Thoughts?
