Space X IPO?

What are we expecting for the SpaceX IPO? I am really hoping for later this year. I worked at twitter for about 10 years and then 6 quarters at X. I was fully bought out of my Twitter equity at the $54.20, but received several large stock grants in X and xAI stoc at about $16 a share. I no longer work at X, but hold \~15,000 shares right now. With the upcoming liquidation event I have the option to sell at \~$70 a share or to convert to SpaceX at a 1-1.4 ration. I am comfortable right now and do not need the money so I plan on converting to pre IPO SpaceX shares. Given the expecting IPO value to be 1T-1.5T, I am starting to do some estimated and the numbers seem too big to be true. if this is successful I may be sitting on a goldmine. Are there any estimates for IPO share price or number of outstanding shares?
